Owner and Chef Tony Arroyo

Jose "Tony" Arroyo came to the United States in 1984 at the age of 13 from his hometown of La Piedad, Michoacán, Mexico. Tony's determination matched his passion for food, and in 1999 his dream of opening his first restaurant became a reality. All his recipes are inspired from the home cooking of his Mother, "Mamá Toña," and family is the cornerstone of Tony's philosophy in life and business. Tony loves opening and running his restaurants and hopes his two growing sons will continue the Los Arroyos tradition for years to come.
