The Chef’s Table in the Doubletree by Hilton Galleria is our newly renovated restaurant and features the cuisine of Chef Alberto Medina. His signature items are from delicious steaks and seafood to mouth watering angus hamburgers. He is also known for his chocolate creme brulee.
