1 Egg, Beaten
1 lb Jumbo Lump Crabmeat, drained
¼ cup Mayonnaise
1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
¼ cup Ritz Crackers, crushed
1 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
1 tsp Cilantro, chopped
1 tsp Chives, chopped
As needed, Olive Oil
To coat, Panko Bread Crumbs
