Ingredients for Shrimp Burger
1 slice Wheat Bread (1½ cup crumbs)
1 pound Shrimp (fine diced)
3 tbsp Mayo
2 tbsp Green Onion, thin sliced
2 tbsp fresh Parsley, minced
2 tsp Lemon Zest, grated
1/8 tsp Salt
1/8 tsp Black Pepper
pinch Cayenne
2 tsp Old Bay
1 tsp Lemon Juice
Method for Shrimp Burgers
• Using a food processor, process wheat bread for your bread crumbs.
• Finely dice one pound finely diced uncooked shrimp.
• Combine all ingredients into a mixing bowl.
• Once combined, cover and refrigerate 2 hours.
• Using spray butter or olive oil, coat a griddle pan or skillet.
• Patty burgers into desired sizes and place on cooking surface.
• Allow 2 to 3 minutes on each side depending on size.
• The shrimp will gain a pink color once cooked.
