Grilled “Double Cut” Pork Chop

Ingredients for Grilled “Double Cut” Pork Chop
1 12oz Bone-in Pork Chop
¼ cup White Wine
2 tbsp Heavy Cream
2 tbsp Whole Butter
½ tbsp Whole Grain Mustard
5 Granny Smith Apple Slices
1 tbsp Brown Sugar
Salt & Pepper, to Taste
Method for Grilled “Double Cut” Pork Chop
• Grill pork chop to desired temperature.
• In a small sauce pan reduce white wine by half and then whisk in heavy cream followed by cold whole butter.
• Season sauce with salt and pepper.
• Next sauté Apples in whole butter and brown sugar till brown.
• Top pork chop with sauce and apples. Serve.
