VisitLocated in Hillsboro Village, CABANA specializes in casual southern comfort cuisine. In a space that is both open and cozy, with a simultaneously calming, yet energizing vibe, partrons will enjoy lump crab hush puppies, lobster brie mac and cheese, blackened local catfish, sweet tea smoked chicken, and some of the best pizza in town. Located in the ground floor of the Encore tower in downtown Nashville, Etch offers a private dining room, full bar and an open kitchen with bar-style seating, allowing guests to interact with the chef and her kitchen. Lunch and dinner are available Monday-Friday, as well as dinner on Saturday, featuring an array of global flavors and decadent desserts.
