Ingredients for Sauteed Scallops

10 fresh large Scallops
11/2 oz Butter, clarified
Sea Salt and Black Pepper, to taste
1/2 Lemon
1 tsp Garlic
splash White Wine

Method for Sauteed Scallops

• Heat medium skillet on high heat.
• Reduce heat to medium-low add butter and quickly add scallops.
• Sprinkle salt and pepper ans squeeze in lemon juice.
• Add garlic and wine.
• Let the pan flame until wine has cooked off.
• Flip scallops after bottom side is brown reduce heat to low flame.
• Scallops will take about 90 seconds to cook on both sides.
• Place scallops on plate and cover with any remaining sauce from pan.
