Apolline

Apolline, the contemporary Creole restaurant and bar located on Magazine Street in Uptown New Orleans, opened its doors November 2011. Apolline, a popular name for daughters in French-Creole culture meaning “gift from Apollo” comes from the ladies featured in John Preble paintings adorning the walls of the converted double shotgun house. Led by an experienced team of fine dining veterans, both the space and the cuisine are a celebration of New Orleans culture.

Blue Oak BBQ

In 2012, New Orleans Natives Ronnie Evans and Philip Moseley saw the need for top-notch Barbecue in the city. They decided to start smoking meats in a small pop-up inside of the Uptown dive bar, Grits, and then quickly transitioned to a new location inside Chickie Wah-Wah. Four years and thousands of pounds of meats later, they have graduated to their new, state-of-the-art Mid-City BBQ emporium, where they are serving up some of the city’s finest smoked meats, sides and sandwiches.

BOIL Seafood House

Seafood boils are a tradition in Louisiana, and we’re adding to this flavorful part of our culture with our restaurant in NOLA’s Garden District. Hieu, the man who started BOIL Seafood House, grew up fishing for shrimp and crawfish, and he’s eager to share his passion for cooking up fresh catches. At our restaurant, you start by picking your seafood, your flavor, and then choosing your heat level. Then you’ll be able to sit back and enjoy your meal with everyone else who’s gathered around the table. It’s just like a backyard boil except for the fact that the food, cocktails, and craft beer never end. Bring your friends. Bring your appetites. It’s time to eat.
