Ginger is located in historic downtown Anchorage, Alaska. Open since March of 2007, we specialize in Pacific Rim cuisine and Asian specialties. Our meals are hand crafted from fresh ingredients by a devoted crew of restaurant veterans. Enjoy an innovative and satisfying meal in our warm, modern atmosphere.
