¾ c. fresh tangerine juice
5 large egg yolks
1¾ c. sugar
1 Tbsp. grated tangerine zest
1 Tbsp. cornstarch, sifted
5⅓ Tbsp. melted butter
½ recipe hazelnut- chocolate crust
1 seedless tangerine, sliced into paper thin rings, skin on

Ingredients for Crust:

2 c. all purpose flour
¼ c. dark unsweetened cocoa powder
⅓ c. sugar
10 oz. butter, chilled, cut into small pieces
1 c. hazelnuts, toasted, peeled and coarsely chopped
3 oz. bittersweet chocolate grated
1 Tbsp. grated tangerine zest
1 large egg yolk
pinch of kosher or sea salt
