Started by the 3rd oldest pizza family from Naples, Italy, Olivella’s has been picked Best Pizaa in Texas by USAToday, called “the most incredible pizza you’ll ever eat” by Rachael Ray, and picked Best Pizza in Dallas 2015 by the Observer. It is one of only a handful of pizzerias in the world that serves two very distinct original styles of pizza: Pizza Napoletana (Neapolitan) and Pizza Romana (Roman). We bake our bread daily in our brick ovens and make our mozzarella and burrata in-house as well.
