7 oz Salmon Filet
Kosher Salt
fresh ground Black Pepper, to taste
1/2 tbsp Olive Oil
chopped Parsley
1/2 Lemon, garnish

Method for Vegetables

  • Toss green beans, fingerling potatoes, grape tomatoes, kalamata olives, and mustard vinaigrette in a sauté pan.
  • Place in a mound on a center of a plate.
