7 oz Salmon Filet

1/2 tbsp Olive Oil
chopped Parsley
1/2 Lemon, garnish
Method for Vegetables
Toss green beans, fingerling potatoes, grape tomatoes, kalamata olives, and mustard vinaigrette in a sauté pan.
Place in a mound on a center of a plate.
