Pecan Crusted Grouper

Ingredients

4-6 oz grouper filet
2 C pecan crust
12 oz seasonal vegetables
8 oz ginger soy sauce

Method

  • Combine ingredients for pecan crust and mix well.
  • Sear grouper approximately 2 minutes on each side.
  • Coat grouper with pecan crust.
  • Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 3 - 5 minutes.
