Cinnamon Lamb Kebab

Yields 9 (3oz) skewers
Ingredients for Cinnamon Lamb Kebabs
1 lb ground Lamb
½ lb Red Onion, finely diced
1 oz fresh Cilantro, chopped
2 oz Garlic, chopped
Salt & Pepper, to taste
9 pieces Cinnamon Bark, for skewers
Method for Cinnamon Lamb Kebabs
• Mix all together.
• Put 3 oz of the mixture on a cinnamon bark.
• Grill the kebabs to the desired temperature and drizzle with raw tahini paste and black honey (silan – dates molasses).
• Serve hot.
