3 Limes

1 tsp Paprika
Red Pepper Flakes, to taste

1 lb Orzo (rice or barley-shaped pasta)
2 tbsp freshly chopped Herbs (parsley, thyme & basil)
1½ tbsp Pecorino-Romano Cheese
1 cup 36% Milk Fat Heavy Cream
