Makes 10, 3-oz Crab Cakes

Ingredients for Crab Cakes

1 cup Mayonnaise
2 large Eggs
1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
2 tsp Texas Pete® Hot Sauce
1 tbsp Old Bay Seasoning®
1 tsp dry Mustard
2 tsp Parsley
1 lb Jumbo Lump Crab Meat
1 ½ cups Saltine Cracker Crumbs
Paprika
1 stick melted Butter
Chipolte Mayonnaise

Method for Crab Cakes

• In a small bowl mix mayonnaise, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay Seasoning®, dry mustard, and parsley until smooth.
• Fold in crab meat. Add cracker crumbs.
• Lightly toss.
• Refrigerate for 20 minutes. Important!
• Mold together gently.
• Sprinkle paprika. Add melted butter on top.
• Preheat oven to 350°.
• Cook until lightly brown. • Drizzle with chipolte mayonnaise on top.
