Crab & Artichoke Dip

Ingredients for Crab & Artichoke Dip
8 oz Artichoke Hearts
1 tsp Black Pepper
1/2 lb Lump Crab Meat
2 oz Sour Cream
1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
2 tsp Tabasco® Sauce
2 oz Green Onion, chopped
8 oz Cream Cheese
2 oz Heavy Cream
2 tsp Crab Base Sauce
Method for Crab & Artichoke Dip
• Melt the cream cheese into the heavy cream.
• Add pepper, salt, Tabasco® Sauce, green onions, crab base and sour cream into the pot. Mix thoroughly.
• Remove from heat and stir in the crab meat and artichoke hearts. Be careful not to break them up too much.
• Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
