Ingredients for Spanish Gazpacho

4 16 oz can diced Tomatoes
1 16 oz can Tomato Juice
2 cloves Garlic, peeled & minced
1/2 cup Red Wine Vinegar
1 sweet Red Bell Pepper, chopped 1/4”
1 stalk Celery, diced 1/4”
3 Cucumbers, pealed & diced 1/4”
1 Purple Onion, diced 1/4”
1 tbsp fresh Lemon Juice
1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 tbsp fresh Parsley, chopped
5 drops Tabasco® Sauce
1 tbsp Sugar
Salt & Pepper, to taste

Ingredients for Garnish
Sour Cream
Green Onion, julianne

Method for Spanish Gazpacho

• Pour the canned tomatoes and juice into a large mixing bowl.
• Squeeze the tomatoes into small chunks.
• Add in the remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.
• Blend the soup slightly for your personal desired consistency.
