Ingredients for Crab Cakes

1 Onion
3 Celery Stalks
1/2 Jalapeno
1 Red Bell Pepper
1/2 Pablano Pepper
1 tsp Garlic
1 Lemon, juiced
1 Lime, juiced
2 cans Crab Meat
3 Eggs
4 tbsp Mayo
3 shakes of Tabasco
2 oz Old Bay Seasoning®
1 bunch Cilantro
1.5 cup Panko Bread Crumbs, reserved

Method for Crab Cakes

• Mix all the ingredients together, except for the bread crumbs.
• Add half of the bread crumbs and check consistency.
• Add more bread crumbs as needed to form patties.
• Pan fry the patties in olive oil and then finish them off in the oven.
