8 oz demi glace concentrate
1/2 C water

4 Roma tomatoes, quartered, oven dried
1 t each dry basil, dry oregano, dry rosemary
2 T olive oil
3 T whole butter
as needed salt & pepper
1/2 C red wine reduction
