Ingredients for Lobster Mac & Cheese

3 T butter
salt & pepper to taste
1 lb lobster meat, coarsely chopped
4 C cavatappi or macaroni, cooked
½ C goat cheese
1/8 C pecorino romano cheese, grated
1C asiago cheese, shredded
1C breadcrumbs
1C heavy cream

Method for Lobster Mac & Cheese

• Add butter, salt, pepper, and lobster meat to a sauté pan and cook for 3-5 minutes.
• Add ingredients to sauté pan and toss.
• Transfer contents to oven proof baking dish.
• Cook in oven for 10 – 15 minutes at 400 until cheese is bubbling and top is crisp.
• Garnish with fresh parsley.
