Ingredients for Mimi’s Chocolate Cake

200g bittersweet chocolate
170g unsalted butter
4 egg yolks
80g all-purpose flour
170g sugar
Whip 4 egg whites (stiff)

Method for Mimi’s Chocolate Cake

• Melt Chocolate and butter in double boiler.
• Mix egg yolks, flour and sugar together and add to chocolate and butter.
• Add the whipped 4 egg whites to chocolate batter.
• Put batter into a mold (cake pan for 6-8 people).
• Cook in the oven preheated at 400 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes. Let rest for 10 minutes and unmold. Cake should be moist in the center
