Ingredients for Cream of Celery Root Soup

3 lb of Celery Root, peeled & diced
1 large Onion, diced
½ stalk of Celery
2 tbsp Celery Seed
3 cup White Wine
½ gallon Milk
1½ qt Cream

Method for Cream of Celery Root Soup

• Sauté the onions, celery, and celery root together.
• Add the white wine, milk, and cream.
• Let it cook until all vegetables are very tender.
• Puree the soup in a blender.
• Add salt, pepper, and celery salt to taste.
