Yields 3 Loaves

Ingredients for Irish Soda Bread

5 lb Whole Wheat Flour
4 tbsp Salt
3 tbsp Baking Soda
2 qt Buttermilk
1 cup Honey

Method for Irish Soda Bread

• Mix ingredients into a well and form into 3 loaves.
• Bake at 350º for 45 minutes.
• Brush melted butter on loaves after baking. This bread freezes well.
