Walking through the front door, you look at the showcase of fresh seafood that is The Timbers Retail Fish Market. Fresh local favorites like Red Snapper and Grouper glisten alongside sushi grade Tuna. Swordfish, Chilean Sea Bass, Mahi-Mahi, Pompano, Triple tail, Hogfish and maybe even Barracuda, all which will be featured on The Timbers fresh fish menu that evening. Gulf pink shrimp are offered uncooked or cooked (peel 'n' eat or jumbo cocktail shrimp) along with New England Scallops, Jumbo Alaskan King Crab Legs, Soft Shell Crabs and Stone Crab Claws (Oct 15-May 1). The Timbers famous Chowders, Seafood Gumbo and Crab Bisque are available, and don't miss trying their famous house smoked salmon and salmon belly! Oysters you ask? The oyster bar is just to your right, open seasonally offering Gulf, East and West Coast oysters shucked to order!
