Margarita Shrimp Salad

• 21-25 P&D Shrimp - 6ea
• Tequila - 1TBL
• Cilantro Chopped - 1 Tsp
• Lime Juiced - 1 each
• Sea Salt - 1 pinch
• Field Greens - 3 oz
• Red and yellow tomato - 2oz julienne
• Cucumber, seeded, diced - 2oz
• Jalapeno cilantro Lemon Vinaigrette - 1oz

Procedure:

Combine Tequila, cilantro, sea salt, lemon and lime juice to form marinade, add shrimp and allow to set, chilled for one hour. Place shrimp on grill and thoroughly cook marking both sides. Set aside. Toss field greens with julienne tomato, diced cucumber and dressing. Place in center of plate, arrange shrimp around greens, garnish crostini and basil oil
