Honey-Lime Glazed Shrimp Grilled on Sugar Cane Skewers

INGREDIENTS

3 kaffir lime leaves
1 piece fresh ginger, minced
8 T honey from Colorado
4 T rice wine vinegar
2 T sake
2 T cilantro, chopped
1 Serrano chile, minced
1/4 C fresh lime juice
salt & pepper from grinder
20-26 shrimp, tails on (21-25 size also works well)
12 sugar cane skewers, cut 1/2 inch by 5 inches
