LOBSTER WITH CREAM SAUCE

INGREDIENTS
1 steamed lobster
2 tomatoes
1 T flour
1 C white wine
1 egg yolk
1 T butter
1/2 C milk
1/2 onion
1 T olive oil
1/2 t salt
1/2 t pepper
METHOD: CREAM SAUCE
In medium pan, over medium heat, add olive oil and saute onion and tomato until tender.
Then add butter, flour and egg yolk until it thickens.
Then add white wine, milk, salt and pepper.
Stir all together.
Drizzle sauce over lobster and serve immediately.
