Marinade

1 cup Light soy sauce
1⁄2 cup Coconut milk
1⁄4 cup Coco Lopez cocktail mix
1⁄4 cup Lime juice
1 Jalapeno, diced
1 tbsp. Fresh ginger, diced
1/2 bunch Cilantro, chopped
1 tbsp. Cayenne pepper
1 lb. Chicken tenders
16 6 inch bamboo skewers, soaked in water 15 minutes
• In a large bowl, mix together first 8 ingredients.
• Thread chicken on skewers. Place in marinade and refrigerate 6 hour
