Ingredients for Char-Grilled Alaskan Salmon

1 Side fresh Alaskan Salmon 3-4 pounds, skin off
½ cup unsalted Butter
5-6 fresh Basil leaves, chiffonade
1 large Green Onion, finely chopped
2-3 chunks of smoking wood, Alder or Hickory
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper

Method for Herb Butter

• Make sure butter is at room temperature and place in a mixing bowl.
• Add basil, parsley and green onions with a pinch of salt mix and blend together.
