Reservations are required with a 48 hour window for preparation time to assure quality and freshness. Chef Paul’s specialties are his Raw, Vegan and Vegetarian dinners. Chef Paul’s intense and precise attention to detail is the key factor in the preparation and gathering of ingredients. Everything is locally grown, seasonal and fresh right from the market. Reservations require one week advance notice for special meals.
