Skyler’s Owners Ms. Moon & Charles come from entirley different backgrounds, Charles from Atlanta & Ms. Moon from Saigon. The two worked together at the Hyatt for six years before opening Skyler’s in 1990, located in the cellar of the East Bay Inn, a 19th century B&B .
