Chef Jake Brenchley
Chef Jake Brenchley has been in the culinary and hospitality industry for 14 years. His career and training is been spread over 3 continents. He received his French degree and training in Paris at the Sorbonne. While in France he worked with some of Europe’s finest chefs, while working in some of the best cultural eateries in order expand his knowledge and palate. Chef Brenchley completed his advanced degree at the Cordon Bleu Academy in Orlando Florida. During the time of his studies he worked for the Walt Disney Corporation. He is now the Executive Chef of the Scholars Inn Gourmet Café and Wine Bar in Bloomington and the Scholars Inn Restaurant and Lounge of Indianapolis. He is responsible for menu creation and product development of the Scholars Inn Bakehouses. Chef Brenchley’s menu is a creation of fused flavors from South Africa and Asia done in a classic French tradition.
