Chef/Owner Stephen Ollard
Stephen Ollard is the Chef/Owner of Coco’s Café. He is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University in Charleston where he graduated Summa Cum Laude. He then went on to a two year apprenticeship under Chef Seth Simmerman at the 4 Star Le Conte Club in Knoxville, TN. After finishing his apprenticeship, he went on to become the opening Executive Chef at the Kalamata Kitchen Restaurant, which is an upscale Mediterranean Restaurant also located in Knoxville. After a 3 year stint he was recruited as the Executive Chef at the Blue Marlin Restaurant in Columbia, SC. Two years later, he moved back to Charleston to train under previous owners of Coco's Café; Alain Saley and Francois Rivalain until he purchased the restaurant in 2006.
