I am a twenty nine year old Chef at Castle Hill Café. I grew up in a small town in northern Michigan. I always knew I wanted to be a chef. My passion for cooking and pleasing people’s palates outweighed anything else I tried doing. I moved to Arizone to get a taste of something other than small town life. I started at Pesto Brothers Piazza working under Fabrizio Vino. I moved to Chicago and took a position at La Dolce Vita under Chef Richard Oreco. After arriving in Austin I worked at Shoreline Grill under Chef Dan Havertybefore finding my niche at Castle Hill Café. My favorite style of cooking is Italian. I just finished my first accomplished wine dinner for Bouchaine Carners. I look forward to one day being able to open my own restaurant.
